*SOWING AND REAPING* (III)
_Key Bible Text:_
*"Then he taught them many things by using stories. He said: A farmer went out to scatter seed in a field. While the farmer was scattering the seed, some of it fell along the road... Other seeds fell on thin, rocky ground... Some other seeds fell where thornbushes grew up... But a few seeds did fall on good ground where the plants produced a hundred or sixty or thirty times as much as was scattered."* (Matthew 13:3-8 (CEV))
_Bible Insight:_
WHAT'S THE CONDITION OF THE SOIL OF YOUR HEART? WITH WHICH HEART DO YOU RECEIVE GOD'S WORD? What's your receptivity to God's word like?
Ephesians 4:23 (KJV) declares, *"And be renewed in the spirit of your mind"* Until you are renewed in the Spirit of your mind, forget it, your mind or heart will not be the right condition that can permit the Word of God to germinate and become productive in your life.
How do you ensure that your heart attains the right condition for the Word of God? By giving the Word of God the right to dictate to you and tell you what's right or wrong. In other words, you must uphold the Word of God as the ultimate source of wisdom, while you dethrone and reduce the value you attach to all other sources of counsel and direction for living.
When you intentionally look up to the Word for all that patterns to life and godliness, you become vulnerable to the dictates of the Word. God's word will inturn begin to soften your mind more and more as you give more attention and priority to the word.
Speak rightly about the Word of God. Mimic the word. Strive to take it seriously and personally. Don't take the word for granted. Otherwise, you won't have the word producing results in your life.
Desist from allowing fear to discourage you from taking the Word of God serious. Do what the Word of God says and ignore the fear in your head. Fear will rob you your divine destiny programmed by the Word of God.
Finally, speak the word. Live the Word. Meditate on the Word. Speaking the word will make the word become your reality. Words carry spiritual force. Watch your words.
_MEDITATION:_
*"Make your words align with the word of God concerning different subjects. Joshua and caleb spoke differently and got the results of their confession. How do you speak concerning the nation?"*

*SOWING AND REAPING* (II)
_Key Bible Text:_
*"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."* (2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV))
_Bible Insight:_
Is there anything you desire that you are not getting? Plant it and you will get it. Sadly, we expect a harvest when we have not planted the seeds. You plant the seeds you want to harvest.
*DON'T ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW FROM AN ACCOUNT YOU HAVE NOT FUNDED*
Do you need divine approval? Then study, the seed of diligent study of God & His word delivers divine approval. Likewise, the seed of diligent study in your studies, deliver approval of the examining authorities. The student who studies will reap the harvest of passing with flying colours.
When you plant the seed of diligence, you reap the harvest of dominance. *"Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men."* (Proverbs 22:29 (KJV))
When you plant the seed of diligence in your work, you reap the harvest of promotion or reward. So plant the right seeds and you see the right things happen.
_MEDITATION:_
*"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting."* (Galatians 6:7-8 (KJV))

*UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM:Seeds of Destiny* (IX)
_Key Bible Text:_
*"And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole."* (Luke 17:15-19 (KJV))
_Bible Insight:_
_Types of seeds_ (Cont'd)
9. PRAISE IS A SEED
Be intentional about praising God. To praise God is in essence the reason God created us in the first place. God loves to be praised and He deserves the praise of his creation.
*"_Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created._"* (Revelation 4:11 (KJV))
If you don't give God praise, you have missed one of the major reasons for your being created. When you fulfill the praise purpose of your life, you give God pleasure. That's God having a sense of fulfilment for creating you.
One of the key ways to give God praise is to give God thanks! _Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God._ (2 Corinthians 9:11 (KJV))
God is worthy of our thanksgivings. And it is a seed we must daily sow. When we do, we validate the essence of our creation. This in turn causes God to bless us the more. This blessing is all encompassing. It is not limited to material blessings.
Another way we praise God is by living a life pleasing to him. This is another key way God derives pleasure for having Created us. When we do render praises and thanksgivings to God, without a correlating lifestyle worthy of His name, we mock God.
How are you investing your praises?
_MEDITATION:_
*"And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen."* (Revelation 7:11-12 (KJV))

*UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM:Seeds of Destiny* (VIII)
_Key Bible Text:_
*"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV))
_Bible Insight:_
_Types of seeds_ (Cont'd)
8. PRAYER IS A SEED.
Prayer is a very important spiritual discipline. It is also a very powerful seed. Every investment in biblical praying is a worthy investment never to be regretted.
When we sow the seeds of prayers, we reap a harvest of answers. We cannot love God and not imbibe the discipline of spending time in prayer.
Matthew 21:22 (KJV) declares *"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."* Yet, there are certain examples we are given all through scripture of things to pray about:-
James 5:14-15 (KJV) talks about sickness and prayers: *"Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him."*
Jesus also taught us as follows:
*"Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest."* (Matthew 9:37-38 (KJV))
We also taught to pray for all men, kings or presidents or leaders of nations etc:
*"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;"*
Even as we can pray for all things that we need, it is important we also pray those things that the scriptures specifically asked us to pray for. And one that is lacking so much, is praying for the nations, for souls and for spiritual growth. When last did you pray for those who are not saved? When last did you pray towards missions and evangelism?
How are you investing your prayers?
_MEDITATION:_
*"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."* (Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV))

*UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM:Seeds of Destiny* (VII)
_Key Bible Text:_
*"And I tell you, make friends for yourselves by means of unrighteous mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions), so that when it fails, they [those you have favored] may receive and welcome you into the everlasting habitations (dwellings)."* (Luke 16:9 (Amplified Bible))
_Bible Insight:_
Our focus remains on non-obvious seeds that are critical in destiny determination
_Types of seeds_ (Cont'd)
7."MONEY IS A SEED!!"
Although money as a seed may have been abused or liable to be abused, the fact still remains that money is a seed.
Even Jesus talked about using mammon, (referring to money) to make friends (actually meaning or suggesting to win souls) according to Luke 16:9.
You must understand that money is a seed that can bear fruits both in time and eternity. A lot of people invest or sow their money only towards earthly investments. God actually expect every believer to sow or invest money in such a way that attracts both earthly rewards and future heavenly rewards.
Money is a seed. Even to make some more money, you need some amount of money first. That's the principle in every business: capital funds must precede profits.
How are you investing your money?
_MEDITATION:_
*"As for the rich in this world, charge them not to be proud and arrogant and contemptuous of others, nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches, but on God, Who richly and ceaselessly provides us with everything for [our] enjoyment. [Charge them] to do good, to be rich in good works, to be liberal and generous of heart, ready to share [with others], In this way laying up for themselves [the riches that endure forever as] a good foundation for the future, so that they may grasp that which is life indeed.!"* (1 Timothy 6:17-19 (Amplified))
